  • Program- or Project-Based Consulting is scoped by time commitment and deliverables. Typical engagements start at $200 per hour and vary based on the size and complexity of the organization.

After your Clarity Call, you’ll receive a proposal outlining investment, timelines, and payment schedule. Most clients choose a monthly retainer or project-based structure.

How quickly can a fractional leader start working?
